• We only record API call metadata (such as call time, model type, token usage, response status codes, etc.) for billing, usage statistics, and troubleshooting purposes
• API call metadata is retained for 90 days; raw request and response content is not persistently stored and exists only briefly in memory to complete the relay
• Your API request content will be forwarded to the respective third-party AI provider (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.), whose data processing is governed by their own privacy policies

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 We do not sell your personal information

We commit to never sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize your personal information.
