i7Relay Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to i7Relay (hereinafter “the Service” or “the Platform”). i7Relay is a professional AI model relay platform providing API access to multiple AI models including Claude, GPT, and Gemini. By accessing or using the Service, you (the “User” or “you”) agree to be bound by all the terms herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

i7Relay provides the following services:

• API relay services for multiple AI models (including but not limited to Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.)
• Unified API interface management
• Usage statistics and monitoring
• Account management and subscription plans
• Technical support and documentation

3. Service Area Restrictions

Please note the following service area restrictions:

• The Service is operated by an operator based in Japan, with servers located in Japan and other overseas regions
• The Service is not offered to users in mainland China (the People's Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan), and we do not conduct any business activities in mainland China
• By registering for and using the Service, you confirm that you are not a resident of mainland China, or that while located in mainland China, you fully understand and voluntarily assume all legal risks associated with using the Service
• We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service based on the user's geographic location
• Circumventing regional restrictions to access the Service through technical means constitutes a violation of these terms, and users assume all legal risks and consequences arising therefrom
• Users must ensure that their use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of their country or region of residence
• Third-party AI services relayed through the Service (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) are subject to U.S. export control regulations and economic sanctions laws. Users must not use the Service from countries or regions subject to U.S. OFAC sanctions, nor use the Service for restricted end uses

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration requirements

• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date registration information
• Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Only one account per user, unless expressly permitted by us

4.2 Account security

• You are responsible for keeping your account password and API keys secure
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Lawful use

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must also comply with the terms and usage policies of each AI provider, including but not limited to:

• Anthropic Claude Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy
• OpenAI GPT Terms of Use and Usage Policies
• Google Gemini Terms of Service and AI Principles
• Relevant agreements of other AI model providers integrated

Violating any of the above providers’ terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5.2 Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these terms
• Infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Conduct cyberattacks, data scraping, or other malicious activities
• Abuse APIs or attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Resell, share, or illegally distribute access to the Service
• Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or other inappropriate content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription plans

• We offer multiple subscription plans; features and pricing are as published on the platform
• Fees are prepaid and charged according to the selected plan cycle
• Plan content and pricing may change; users will be notified in advance of changes

6.2 Payment methods

• Multiple international payment methods supported, including credit card and Stripe (Alipay and WeChat Pay available in select regions)
• All payment information is transmitted securely with encryption
• You must ensure the accuracy and validity of your payment information

6.3 Refund policy

Subscription plans are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, consumer rights provided by applicable law are not limited by these terms. Please review plan details and usage terms carefully before purchase. If you have a dispute, please contact support to discuss a resolution.

7. API Usage Limits

7.1 Rate limits

• Each plan has associated request rate limits
• Exceeding limits may lead to temporary unavailability
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

7.2 Usage quotas

• Monthly quotas are set based on the subscription plan
• Exceeding quotas requires upgrading or purchasing additional quota
• Unused quota does not roll over to the next cycle

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform rights

i7Relay and its related marks, UI design, features, and documentation are our intellectual property or that of our licensors, protected by applicable laws.

8.2 User content

• You retain ownership of content you generate or upload via the Service
• You grant us the necessary license to use such content solely to provide the Service
• You warrant your content does not infringe third-party rights

9. Privacy Protection

We value user privacy protection. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy .

10. Changes and Interruptions

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
• We will strive to minimize impact during service interruptions

11. Disclaimer

11.1 Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.

11.2 AI-generated content

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should independently verify the accuracy and applicability of AI outputs
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

11.3 Third-party service dependency

• The Service relies on APIs from third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.), which may modify their terms of service, adjust pricing, restrict access regions, or discontinue their services at any time
• We are not liable for any unavailability or limitation of the Service caused by changes in policies, service interruptions, restrictions, or termination by upstream AI providers
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of relevant changes promptly, but cannot guarantee advance knowledge of all changes by upstream providers

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, i7Relay and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless i7Relay and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcements
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
• If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service

15. Account Termination

15.1 User termination

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

15.2 Platform termination

If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice.

16. Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan
• Disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiation
• If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and i7Relay regarding use of the Service.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17.3 No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.4 Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, sanctions, regulatory changes, network infrastructure failures, power outages, or pandemics. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the Service.
